After purchasing an instrument, you should receive an email containing details of your serial number & download instructions.
If you can't see it, try checking your junk folder - sometimes it gets filtered there by accident!
If you still can't get access, drop us a message and we'll help you out!
Kontakt instruments are installed using native access installer, available here:

Simply download and install native access, then enter your serial into it with the 'Add a serial' button.
Make sure you also have Kontakt/Kontakt Player installed and check the minimum version needed.
Once purchased, you will receive a download link and serial number to your email (Check your junk if you can't see it!).
Download the .zip file and run the Mac or Windows installer.
Then open your DAW and click SHAPER from the Plugins bar. Enter your serial number and enjoy!
Please make sure you have the correct version of Kontakt/Kontakt Player installed. Check individual product pages for their install requirements.
You can check your Kontakt version using Native Access or within your DAW. If you are unable to update Kontakt beyond a certain version, your OS may need to be updated.
